Visa under tier 4 of the points based system

This is the new system for managing entry to the UK for the purposes of work, study and training. From 31 March 2009, you need to pass a points based assessment under Tier 4 for students. This makes the visa application process simpler and easier to understand. Find out more.

Appointments for student visa applications  are currently available to students whose course begins on or before 1 December 2009. Please email vfshelpline ONLY if your course begins on or before 1 December 2009 and you hold a valid Visa Letter. Find out more.
