How did you know about us initially? Well it was my father who told me that it was a good idea to go through the British council. It is easier and safer. How did we help you find what you wanted? Actually, I had found the school (Cambridge School of English) that I wanted to join in a forum organised by you I think and then you helped with all the enrolment and visa matters. It was very helpful efficient and safe I appreciate it.
To what extent what we did for you helped you change your life? Well it's sure that this opportunity allowed me to learn a lot of things at a personal and educational level. Living alone, getting more mature, speaking another language with all its conveniences and disadvantages, getting familiar with the new environment, meeting new people from different countries religions, studying in a new educational system... What impressions about the UK did you have before going there? Cold and gloomy place , I was a bit scared too but place of opportunities. Did your impressions about the UK change after staying and studying there? Yes totally I didn't know that it was so great to study in the UK, the system is good (efficient, the university atmosphere is very pleasant, there are plenty of interesting and enjoyable activities) ... they push you to like what you are actually learning. Well the idea we have about English people is that they are very cold but I'm sorry to say that all Europeans are like that ( according to my own experience of course). if you do not do the first step towards people they will never talk to you. Therefore, you have to be very sociable if you want to integrate well the European society.
What is your study history in the UK? BA Business Administration. |
