The post holder will provide excellent customer service and information services to customers (F2F, telephone, e-mail, post, and fax) which meet their needs and enables the British Council achieve its objective. The intern will work wit the communications department in its daily functions. The intern will help promote positive media coverage, reply to media requests and organize press conferences. The intern will provide administrative support to the communications department that includes maintaining staff calendars, scheduling events and processing invoices.
