Job vacancy: Part time Customer Services Assistant

British Council Rabat is looking for a part time Customer Services Assistant. The post holder will provide excellent customer service and information services to customers (F2F, telephone, e-mail, post, and fax) which meet their needs and enables the British Council achieve its objective.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Creating Shared Purpose
  • Shaping the future

Salary: 3,500 MAD gross monthly salary. The post is at grade J.

Communications Intern

A communications intern needs to have a marketing and communications background. The intern will work wit the communications department in its daily functions. The intern will help promote positive media coverage, reply to media requests and organize press conferences. The communications department also works to ensure its organization's print and online presence is consistent with its branding guidelines. The intern will provide administrative support to the communications department that includes maintaining staff calendars, scheduling events and processing invoices.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Project and ontract Management
  • Strong analytical skills
