Job vacancy: Customer Service Manager / Teaching Centre Registrar

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Manager. Based in our brand new Teaching Centre in Tangier, you will work closely with the teaching and academic management teams to meet ambitious goals for growth. You will play a key role in customer service excellence, administration and financial systems as well as in promoting innovative English language programmes. You will also manage a new team and build strong internal and external relationships. Your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English, Spanish, French and Arabic (minimum CEFR C1 http://www.cambridgeenglishteacher.org/what_is_this ) will enable you to provide world class customer care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focussed role involving financial and administrative responsibilities, be comfortable with business systems and have a solutions-orientated approach.

Salary: 15,000 MAD gross monthly salary. The post is at grade G.
