Job vacancy: Human Resources Manager

The British Council is looking for a Human Resources Manager based in Rabat to provide expert HR advice and support to managers on all aspects of Human Resources Management, including Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Staffing Resourcing and TACOS.To lead on the implementation of all HR practices and policies in the Morocco operation.

Key requirements for the post are:

  • To complete an in-depth gap analysis of our current HR set up.
  • To make recommendations for any changes, seek approval for such changes and implement within agreed time frames.
  • To monitor and evaluate, and where needed, to make changes to any gaps in performance management, recruitment and learning and development.
  • To design and develop initiatives that will contribute to the following:

Equal opportunities and diversity.
Trainng and learning initiatives.
Work life balance and staff well being.
To be involved in any Human Resources projects initiated by the BSS Manager or the Change Manager.

Salary: a monthly gross salary of 15,000 MAD., Grade G, based in Rabat on a full time, indefinite term contract.
