What happens on the test day? |

 |
- Arrive at the exam venue at 8.00 am for registration.
- Look for your name in the name lists posted outside the exam room.
- Please remember your candidate number.
- Find your designated seat assignment in the seat plan posted beside the name lists. Your seat assignment is your candidate number.
- Deposit all your belongings and cell phones at the designated baggage area. You are only allowed bring your ID, pencil(s), sharpener, and eraser into the test room.Visit the comfort room before registration as you will not be allowed to go once the examination has started.
- Line up at the registration table according to your candidate number. Present your ID and sign the attendance register.
- Proceed inside the exam room and find your seat. Find the desk label with your name on it. Your candidate number is also indicated in your desk label.
- The Test Supervisor will begin reading the instruction at exactly 9.00AM.
- Late candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam room when instructions are being given.
- Listen carefully to the Test Supervisor and follow all the instructions given.
- If you are in any doubt about what you should do, raise your hand to attract attention. An invigilator will come to your assistance.
- Tell the Invigilator at once if you think you have not been given the right question paper, or if the question paper is incomplete or illegible.
- You may not lend anything to, or borrow anything from another candidate during the test.
- Please stop writing and put your pencils down when you are instructed to do so. Candidates who fail to do so may be disqualified.
- Check the Speaking Test schedule posted outside the exam room and note down the time of your interview and your examiner
- Please arrive at the speaking venue 30 minutes prior to your scheduled interview time.
- Bring your ID with you for the speaking test.
- Register with the invigilator when you arrive and then go to the waiting area. The invigilator will then call you for your interview.
- You are not allowed to bring anything inside the interview room. Deposit your baggage and cell phones with the invigilator.
- The speaking test lasts between 11 to 14 minutes.
- When you finish your speaking test, please complete the IELTS
- Examination Candidate Feedback Form and leave the test venue immediately.
- Under no circumstance are you allowed to talk to waiting candidates.
