The IELTS Preparation workshop or course aims to increase your chances of maximising your IELTS test score test
All candidates who register for the IELTS with us will receive a specific password and login to access our online IELTS Portal, where you will find:

- test day tips and hints
- useful external websites to help you prepare for the IELTS
The official ielts.org website offer sample papers, test day tips and a wealth of information on the IELTS examination including up to date information on where your IELTS score will be accepted.

How to prepare for IELTS tells you all you need to know to do your best in the exam:
- describes the different subtests
- explains what you need to do in the exam room
- shows you what sort of questions you can expect
- practices the skills you need to answer the questions
How to prepare for IELTS is designed for candidates taking IELTS and is suitable for home study or for use in class. The book and accompanying cassette contain a range of practical exercises to prepare you for all the subtests. The book comes complete with an answer key and a transcript of the cassette recordings.

There is also a detailed explanation of the revised assessment criteria for Writing tests, with 10 scripts rated according to the new rating scales, plus Examiner comments.
The 'Specimen Materials' gives the candidates the opportunity to check whether their English is at the level required.
