for Cambridge ESOL exams

If you are taking a Cambridge exam with us, use our simple checklists to make sure you don't forget anything.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

  • Please check the registration period for the exam in question and our opening hours.
  • Make sure that you are free on the date of written exam; plus two weeks before this date, and two weeks after it (for the Listening and Speaking parts of the exam).

REGISTERING FOR CAMBRIDGE ESOL EXAM
There are two ways you can register for a Cambridge ESOL exam:

Individual candidates:
Individual candidates fill in the Candidate Entry Form which is available for download online and in our premises. After you have completed the form, please visit our centre in Belgrade in order to pay the fee and finalise your Cambridge ESOL exam registration.

Language Schools:
Language schools register their candidates by filling in the Block Entry Form for schools. You can e-mail it or fax it back to us, while the relevant fees are payable in our premises to finalise Cambridge ESOL exam registration.

Make sure that you have read and signed the General Rules and Regulation sheets (PDF file 170KB). Make sure you have appropriate fee in cash when you register.

Before you leave our centre, please check that you have received a receipt of payment and the information sheet about ESOL examinations.

AFTER YOU REGISTER

  • Two or three weeks before the exam you will receive the Cambridge ESOL Statement of Entry containing full details of exact times and location of the exam.
  • Read carefully the Notice to Candidates sent together with the Statement of Entry.
  • On the Statement of Entry check that your name and date of birth are correct. If they are not correct inform the exam supervisor/invigilator about it on the day of the exam.
  • On the day of the exam, remember to bring your Statement of Entry, your I.D. (or passport) and a pen, pencil and rubber.
  • You will receive your Statement of Results about ten weeks after the exam.
  • If you have passed the exam, you will receive the Cambridge ESOL Certificate which you can collect at your examination centre. If you cannot collect it yourself, an authorized person can collect it on your behalf. Authorization must be made in writing stipulating name and ID number of the person. The ID will be checked before the Certificate is issued.
  • If you cannot sit the exam due to illness, approximately 50% of the fee will be refunded, provided that a request for the refund is accompanied by a statement from a medical practitioner. This statement should specify the reasons why the candidate was unable to sit the examination. You have to deliver this statement not later than 7 days after the examination.
