NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION
Membership organisation promoting adult continuing education. Site includes details of their remit, publications and events. Also information on projects, including those focusing on disadvantaged groups.
SUPPORT FOR LEARNING
General listing of internet resources to support education, training, lifelong learning and career planning. Advice for students and everyone involved in education. Includes a calendar of religious festivals and information on health and funding.
INCLUSION
A free catalogue of resources for teaching professionals, learners, parents and carers. Resources include publications, software, hardware, guidance and links to other organisations to aid independent living and learning. Also discussion groups. Resources can be added directly to the database.
E-LEARNING

INTRALLECT
Intrallect Ltd is a new spin-out from the University of Edinburgh. Intrallect will provide the next generation of software for efficient delivery of e-Learning. Site has some demonstration exercises using Intrallect software.
INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR DISTANCE LEARNING (ICDL)
The International Centre for Distance Learning (ICDL) is a centre for research, teaching, consultancy, information and publishing activities based at the Open University. The site includes a literature database, an institutions and courses database, and information on ICDL services.
