Registration details and exam dates

To register, you need to download the IELTS application form. Print this off and complete in blue or black ink. You then need to bring this, in person, to our centre in Qatar, with two passport photographs, and your Qatari ID card.

When can I take the test?
You can take an IELTS test at our centre in Qatar. All tests begin at 0900. The listening, reading, writing and speaking tests are taken on the same day.

When should I register?
The dates above are fixed throughout the year. You must register at least 5 weeks before your preferred exam date.
How much will the test cost?
The test fee is QR 800.
When will I get my results?
Your results will be available 13 days after the test date.
Can I change my test date?
You can request a change to your test date. However, you cannot make this request less than five weeks before the test; if you do, you will need to pay the registration fee again.
Can I cancel my test?
Yes you can. However, all cancellations must be made at least five weeks before the test date. If you cancel your registration less than five weeks before the test, you will not receive a refund.
Can I retake the test?
Yes, you can and the 90 days period does not apply.
