Assistant Registrar - Oman
Closing date: 3 April 2014

The purpose of the job is to:

  • To assist the Teaching Centre Registrar in administrative duties in compliance with corporate requirements. Including input into financial and student management software, involvement in student registrations – private and sponsored - and customer relationship management procedures.
  • To work closely with Corporate Training Manager, and the Academic Managers for Adults and YLs in the Teaching Centre’s registration, administration and assessment processes.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Fluent Arabic, spoken and written
  • English level IELTS 5.0
  • Communication skills
  • Marketing and Customer service
  • Computer skills

Essential experience

  • Experience in a post that required:
    • a high level of administrative skills
    • basic financial skills (cash handling, daily reconciliation)
