The Valletta Creative Forum focused on issues challenging contemporary culture in Malta through a series of encounters and workshops which aimed to provide concrete proposals and a road map for the future of culture in Malta.
The bestselling author of “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin” and “Birds Without Wings” visited Malta at the invitation of British Council, Miller Distributors and Faculty of Arts, University of Malta. The prize-winning novelist held readings at the University of Malta and St. James Cavalier Centre for Creativity and book-signings in Agenda bookshops and in Sapienzas Bookshop.
