PREMIER SKILLS
Premier Skills, copyright British Council The Premier League’s leading international grassroots project Premier Skills, run in partnership with the British Council, the Football Association of Malaysia and TUNE Group is back for its second phase with an ‘Introduction to Refereeing’ course. Focusing on introducing community organisations to the rules of the game, the course will take place from 17 July – 22 July at the Garden International School in Bukit Kiara.

It will be led by international FIFA referee Keith Hackett who is also the former head of the Professional Game Match Officials Board who is the body responsible for all professional referees in England. He will be joined by referee Paul Rejer. Click here to download the application form here.
International Inspiration
Copyright British Council International Inspiration is the international legacy programme for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to inspire young people to play sport.

CONNECTING CLASSROOMS
Connecting Classroom, copyright British Council Connecting Classrooms connects schools in Malaysia with their counterparts in the UK, Thailand and Vietnam to build global awareness and embed internationalisation into the local school curriculum.

LEARNENGLISH FAMILY
LearnEnglish, copyright British Council LearnEnglish Family is a project to support parents to help their children learn English outside the classroom. We are working with the Ministry of Education and HSBC on a pilot project in which parents of children of lower primary age are given guidance on how to help their children start learning English at home.

Arts, copyright British Council An exciting new arts project is being developed with UK multimedia artists The Light Surgeons.  A film and music project produced in collaboration with Malaysian artists, it will be the first live cinema event of its kind in Malaysia.
