SIXTH TERM EXAMINATION PAPERS (STEP)

The STEP examination is a well-established Mathematics university admissions test, which is used to help select very academically able students for courses which are usually oversubscribed.

The University of Cambridge uses STEP as a post-interview admissions test, with the results included as part of their conditional offer for all Mathematics courses. The University of Warwick also includes STEP in its undergraduate offers; the University of Bristol, the University of Oxford and Imperial College London all encourage applicants to take the papers.

STEP Mathematics is used by Cambridge and Warwick Universities to assess the suitability of candidates for their courses.
