DKLS Industries Berhad is a holding company that, through its subsidiaries, involves in the provision of engineering and contracting services; quarrying, manufacture and sale of pre-cast piles; investment holding; and property development primarily in Malaysia. The company was incorporated in the year 1995. The registered headquarters of the company is located in Perak, Malaysia. The company is publicly traded on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange under the stock code 7528.

DKLS Industries’ wholly-owned subsidiaries are DKLS Construction Sdn. Bhd., DKLS Quarry & Premix Sdn. Bhd., DKLS Precast System Sdn. Bhd., DKLS Development Sdn. Bhd., DKLS Management Sdn. Bhd., and DKLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

DKLS Industries are principally involved in construction, property development, marine engineering and services, and trading.

The Group’s activities which centre around two wholly-owned subsidiaries, DKLS Construction Sdn Bhd (DC) and DKLS Quarry & Premix Sdn Bhd (DQP), have been expanded to include DKLS Development Sdn Bhd (DD) and DKLS Piling System Sdn Bhd (DPS).

DC is a registered Class A building and general contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor Malaysia (PKK) and is a registered Grade AG7 contractor with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). Its main activities are in construction, property development, marine engineering and services, and trading.

DC’s job portfolio includes the construction of a polytechnic in Perlis; reclamation and marine engineering in Selangor and Kelantan; infrastructure development, satellite township and resort development in Perak; major bridge construction in Kelantan; and construction of hospitals at Jasin and Malacca. DC also engages in the sale of construction materials. Currently, DC has RM772m worth of contracts in hand.

DQP is a quarry master whose main quarry is located at Sitiawan, Perak and complements DC’s activities by producing quarried granite aggregates, crusher run, premix, ready-mixed concrete and reinforced concrete pile.

DD’s main activity is property development. The development project currently undertaken by DD is mixed development at Desa Manjung Raya, Manjung, Perak. DPS’s main activity is manufacturing of pre-cast concrete piles, primarily to meet in-house projects’ demand.
