Senior Trainers, Up-Skilling Project

JOB DESCRIPTION
To plan and deliver quality English language teaching and teacher development courses for Malaysia primary and secondary school teachers working in Malaysia government schoold in order to develop their English language proficency and teaching knowledge and skills.

To plan and deliver quality English language trainer training to selected Ministry of Education trainers.

To lead, manage and provide training for British Council trainers training on the project.

Trainers of English E Moderator, Up-Skilling Project

JOB DESCRIPTION

A percentage of this post will involve e-moderation duties to support national teachers (NTs) with this espect of the training.

Teacher of English / Professional Development Unit Trainer  

British Council Malaysia is recruiting Teachers of English/ Professional Development Unit Trainers to work on a part time basis in the Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre. You must be at least 22 years old, and have a degree in order to secure a work permit to teach in Malaysia. A TEFL certificate (CELTA, Trinity Cert. TESOL or equivalent) is also essential.

We are currently looking for hourly-paid teachers to teach Young Learners on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Examinations Services Officer (Penang)

JOB DESCRIPTION
To contribute to the efficient and professional administration of examinations services in Penang in accordance to the Examinations Customer Service Standards (EXCSS), IELTS Administration guidelines (per the Administrator's manual) and as set by IELTS partners from time to time and other UK exams board.
The post holder will report to the Examinations Services Manager and will work together with the Assistant Examinations Services Officer for delivery of IELTS and other tests in the Northern Region of Malaysia.

Malaysia is increasingly the centre of diverse and expanding Trans-national Education (TNE) and collaborative delivery market – and the UK is seeking to build on strong foundations to further develop its stake in that market.

Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

To support the Head of Marketing in implementing the marketing initiatives and provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
