UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD SCHOLARSHIPS
A number of Oxford colleges offer scholarships to cover both tuition fees and living expenses.

UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE SCHOLARSHIPS
If you are applying to study at a Cambridge University, you can compete for a large number of studentships, scholarships, fellowships, prizes and other financial awards.

UNIVERSITY OF SALFORD - INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP
The University of Salford is pleased to announce the largest ever scholarship package for international students, the International Excellence Scholarship. There will be an unlimited number of scholarships awarded:
- Awarded on academic merit only (generally on an “equivalent” to a UK 2:1)
- £ 2,000 for courses with fees over £ 9,000
- £ 1,000 for courses with fees under £ 9,000
- Available for all Masters courses beginning in September 2008 or January/February 2009
- No need to apply separately
- No limit to the number of scholarships to be awarded.

Students will automatically be considered on the basis of university results and qualifying candidates will automatically receive a £1,000 - £2,000 scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded on academic merit, according to strict criteria defined by the university. There is no limit to the scholarships available and The University of Salford anticipates over 500 postgraduate scholarships will be awarded this year (at a value of over £750,000).

UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LONDON (UCL) SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships offered by UCL are mostly awarded to students with outstanding academic potential, rather than those with a need for financial support.

DOCTORAL DISSERTATION GRANT (DDG)
TIRF (The International Research Foundation for English Language Education) welcomes Doctoral Dissertation Grant (DDG) proposals for 2009. The deadline for submitting a proposal is May 1, 2009. For successful DDG proposals, US $ 5,000 is the maximum award. Read the full information about the requirements.
