The Creative Cities Photo and Video Competition is closed. It was a part of an international programme designed by the British Council to raise awareness about the contribution that creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation can make to improving quality of life in cities. The winners are:

• People's Choice photo award – Nataliya Bodnia - Unbelievable Couple
• People's Choice video award – Maciej Ostaszewski - Light Painting
