For postgraduate study LSE requires the Magister Artium, Diplom or Erstes Staatsexamen in an appropriate subject with 2.2/gut or a high 'vollbefriedigend'. Candidates can also be considered if they have the Zwischenprüfung/Vordiplom and a third year of substantive study with good grades.
