LSE offers undergraduate and postgraduate level degree programmes in a wide range of social science subjects.
At undergraduate level LSE requires a minimum score of 1.5 overall, but standard offers vary depending on the degree subject and often require scores between 1.2 and 1.5.
For postgraduate study LSE requires the Magister Artium, Diplom or Erstes Staatsexamen in an appropriate subject with 2.2/gut or a high 'vollbefriedigend'. Candidates can also be considered if they have the Zwischenprüfung/Vordiplom and a third year of substantive study with good grades.
Since its foundation in 1895, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) has been regarded as the international centre of academic excellence and innovation in the social sciences. Located in the heart of London, students from over 150 countries create an unrivalled international student experience for studying the ‘real world' issues of today.
