Fill out the Entry Form and send it to us together with a proof of payment.
Registration will only be complete when we have received both your entry form and bank payment.
Once you have paid the test fee it is no longer possible to postpone or cancel the test and you will lose the full fee unless you can provide medical evidence that you were ill during the examination period.

send us a completed request for refund form together with a medical certificate within 1 week of the exam taking place. |
We will reimburse you 90 percent of the fee if your request is approved within one month.
Refunds can also be considered in the case of loss or bereavement of close family.
Please remember that once you have registered and paid the exam fee:

your entry cannot be transferred to a future session |

nor can we refund you if you change your mind. |

Any comments you may have concerning the conduct of the examination should be directed to the Supervisor immediately after the examination. In the case of the Listening test all comments should be reported at the beginning of the test, after hearing the introductory recording.

Approximately two weeks before the first examination date you will receive a Confirmation of Entry and Notice to Candidates with all the details about the time and venue of the examination. If you do not receive this Confirmation by that time contact us immediately.
You can access your preliminary results on the Cambridge web site approximately two months after the examinations have taken place. You will receive your access details for the Results Online service on your Confirmation of Entry prior to the exam.
A month later you will receive the actual Cambridge certificate by registered post if you have successfully passed the exam.
Candidates' answers and other work done by candidates as part of an examination remain the property of Cambridge ESOL and under no circumstances will these be released to candidates, schools or centres.
We cannot replace certificates locally. However, if you lose your certificate, you may apply directly to Cambridge ESOL for a Certified Statement of Results for which you will be expected to pay an additional fee.
Cambridge ESOL can make special provision for candidates who have long-term or temporary disabilities. Please contact us before you register if you have any special needs and we will check with Cambridge what suitable arrangements can be made. Please note that you will be required to provide a recent medical report to support your request.
The British Council and the Examining Boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. We feel sure you will understand, however, that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. If examinations or their results are disrupted, cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as possible. The British Council's liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee or re-testing at a later date.
