The British Council plans to employ Finance Officer for an upcoming technical assistance programme for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Libya. To support effective and accurate accounting, financial risk management, control and compliance for the project. Planning, monitoring and financial analysis that supports the British Council Finance Team (UK and Libya),

- Excellent IT/Computer skills Computing skills (Level 2)
- (Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word)
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Financial Planning and management (level 1)
- Risk Management
- Planning and forecasting
- Monitoring and reporting
- three years of relevant experience in a reputed international or local organisation
- Uiversity degree in a relevant subject
- Diploma in Office Management/Project Management
Salary: in the range of approx 25,788 LYD to 36,136 LYD per annum
