LIBYA TVET FINANCE OFFICER
DEADLINE: 6 JANUARY 2013

The British Council plans to employ Finance Officer for an upcoming technical assistance programme for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Libya. To support effective and accurate accounting, financial risk management, control and compliance for the project. Planning, monitoring and financial analysis that supports the British Council Finance Team (UK and Libya),

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIOURS

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent IT/Computer skills Computing skills (Level 2)

  • Risk Management
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Monitoring and reporting

EXPERIENCE

  • three years of relevant experience in a reputed international or local organisation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Uiversity degree in a relevant subject
  • Diploma in Office Management/Project Management

Salary: in the range of approx  25,788 LYD to  36,136  LYD per annum

LIBYA TVET PROJECT OFFICE MANAGER
DEADLINE: 6 JANUARY 2013

The British Council plans to employ Office Manager for an upcoming technical assistance programme for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Libya. This is a project funded by European Union, managed by a British Council-led consortium working in close collaboration with the Libyan government. in an international organisation.
