Leadership in Community Development (LICD) is the transformational leadership programme that the Council is running in Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Algeria, and the UK.
We organise quality tailor-made visits to the UK for professionals and other valued contacts. All visits are customised to maximise the impact for our key contacts and to meet their professional and institutional objectives.
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the role and capacity of disability focused civil society organisations to work with local government to ensure that persons with disabilities are better represented in the policy making process and that their rights are understood, upheld and protected.
