We aim to do our best to cater for candidates with special needs. We will do all we can to enable candidates to understand test questions and ways of giving answers. All candidates, irrespective of their disability, will be assessed fairly and objectively.
Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us before they submit their application. Relevant supporting materials such as medical certificates should be submitted during registration.
The British Council and the Examining Boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. Therefore, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. If examinations or their results are disrupted, cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as possible. The British Council’s liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee or retesting at a later date.
The British Council will process the personal information you give on the registration forms either in print or electronic form in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act, 1998.
