COLLEGE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
International exchange towards bridging the skills gap

Skills@work supported the creation of 11 partnerships between the UK and South East Europe vocational education schools to encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience on the international level, to improve vocational educational training in the participating countries.

What will the partnerships do?

The partnerships will help to establish industry driven curriculum models for key sectors of the economy that equip young people with the technical and generic skills that employers require.  They will act as models of good practice, contribute towards widespread reform in the participating countries and provide a platform for sustainable international partnerships.

By engaging employer organisations the partnerships will: develop industry linked curricula, design and produce support materials, share best practice in, and develop quality assurance systems, and transfer and exchange knowledge, best practice and innovation.

You can find full details of the partnerships that have been established in our partnerships list.
