Mulga Bill's Bicycle
This funny ballad by ‘Banjo’ Paterson (whose most famous work is undoubtedly Waltzing Matilda) describes what happens when Mulga Bill swaps his trusted horse for a bicycle. As it was written in 1896, this surely makes Mulga Bill the very first BMX downhill racer!
