The LearnEnglish Elementary Podcast is like a radio magazine programme. There are
seven or eight different parts or articles in each programme.
With each programme, you can:
- Listen to the podcast
- Practise your English
- Read the transcript - see what they say
LearnEnglish
Elementary Podcasts are for learners at Elementary level or who are who are trying reach CEF Level A2
(Council of Europe Framework of Reference). For this trial period, we will publish a new podcast every
month.
You can find a link to the podcast at the bottom of this page.
You can
- listen to it on your computer now,
- or save it to listen to later or to transfer to your mp3 player,
- or subscribe to the podcast where future podcasts are saved automatically

We recommend that you save the file so that you can:
- listen to the entire podcast once, and then
- listen to the various sections when you have the time to practise.
You can practise your English either on paper (via our 'Support Pack') or online.
- To use the Support Pack, you have to download it, save it to your computer,
and then print it off. The Support Pack is approximately 16 pages, and has exercises and answers for
all the sections.
