IS THIS WHAT BRITISH FOOD MEANS TO YOU?

The food issue
This month, we take a look at food. Long derided as bland and overcooked, the UK now boasts some of the finest restaurants in the world and the transformation of what and how we eat has been phenomenal.

All the articles and features in this issue have language practice activities except for 'Farmers' Markets' and 'Spotlights'.

All photographs were taken by Aidan O’Rourke. You can find out more about him on his portfolio site www.aidan.co.uk
