how to play hangman

You've almost certainly played the traditional hangman game, where you have to guess words on letter at a time. If a guess is correct then the letter appears in the word, but if a guess is wrong then the gallows (the place where people used to be hanged) is drawn one bit at a time. If you guess all the letters in the word you win the game, but if you make enough wrong guesses you are 'hanged' and lose the game.

Our version is basically the same as this. A definition of a word is given, and above it the word is represented like this: -----. You select the letters by clicking on the keyboard on the screen with your mouse. If you are correct the letter appears in the word. If you are wrong the man drops a little towards the shark. If you make 6 wrong guesses the shark gets its man! If you click on 'Help' the next letter is given.
