Through the project “Creative Cities”, British Council supports creative events and acknowledges the role that creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation play in urban development.

Within the project framework, British Council in Latvia stimulates and supports cultural activities that reveal the potential of creativity, art and public participation in an urban space thus encouraging city inhabitants to personalize public spaces and form certain relationship with it.
