Peter Greenaway is among the most ambitious and controversial filmmakers of his era. His peculiar, philosophical artwork, where every sequence is created in conformity with pictorial regularity but every object carries a symbolic meaning, amazes with its imagination and sense.
The retrospective at the International Film Actors Festival "The Baltic Pearl" presents five films created from 1982 to 1993.
