Retaining an assistant for a second year

Second year extensions are only allowed for nationals of France in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Third year extensions are not allowed.

Should you/a school in your local authority wish to retain a French Assistant for a second year please email assistants.london@britishcouncil.org (England and Wales) or assistants.belfast@britishcouncil.org (Northern Ireland) with the name of the host school and of the assistant.
