Education UK Exhibition
2 and 3 October 2013

The Education UK Exhibition (EDUKEX) supports the British Council high level objectives of highlighting the opportunities presented by UK universities as well as building long-term institutional and individual links between higher education institutions in Kuwait and the United Kingdom.

Objectives:

  • Emphasise the quality of UK Education and training at all levels
  • Provide UK institutions with a targeted market-driven audience so as to promote their courses to prospective students and parents.
  • Encourage a positive perception of the UK as a place to study.
  • Raise the quality of enquires by guiding students on what issues they need to consider when visiting EDUKEX.
  • Give information on UK qualifications needed for entry requirements and courses.
  • Inform students of institutional facilities, fees, health services and, in the case of married students, education for their dependents.
  • Bring UK further and higher education institutions to Kuwait. This provides a forum in which students considering a UK education can meet representatives and learn more about courses, entry requirements and application procedures.
  • Provide both Kuwaiti and UK institutions an opportunity to meet potential partners for collaboration
  • Showcase the unique offering of UK education – tradition combined with innovation

Wednesday 2 October from 17.00 to 21.00
Thursday 3 October from 09.00 to 12.30 and 17.00 to 21.00
