The Ordinary Lives exhibition, in text and photographs, moves its European tour to Poland with a launch at Poznan City Hall on 9 January 09. Adam Mickiewicz University will host a young people's discussion on 19 January and the Zamek Cultural centre will host the exhibition 2-13 February. The accompanying book 'Ordinary Lives' and more information is available upon request from Emily.Wilcox@britishcouncil.org

'Ordinary Lives' explores European migration through the eyes of 18 young people from the Czech Republic, Latvia, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal and Spain. The resulting stories and photographs reflect three different perspectives of the migratory experience: those who took the decision to move to Northern Ireland, the people they met on arrival and those they left behind.
