Why Become a Member
Support your learning and development

If you would like access to some of the best English language resources, plus information on UK culture, why not become a member of our library and knowledge centre?

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

Our centre offers internet access, the latest media publications, a lending library, up-to-date reference materials, English language materials, and resources to support your child's development. If you are studying English, taking exams or thinking about studying in the UK, our centre could be just what you need.

A WIDE SELECTION OF RESOURCES

As a member you will have access to a wide range of resources, including our large selection of daily and weekly UK magazines, newspapers and periodicals, on a range of subjects. You'll also find the best of contemporary UK fiction, plus children's books and learning materials. And if we don't have what you want, we can arrange international book loans and photocopies for a small fee.

KEEP YOURSELF UP-TO-DATE

We help keep you up-to-date with our virtual library: a collection of electronic databases and online resources. This includes links to UK newspapers and professional forums, where you can connect with the latest news and views. Our high-speed internet access also makes it easy for you to study distance learning courses on our PCs.

SUPPORT YOUR STUDIES

If you're studying for an English exam, we have plenty of books to help with your class work. We even have exam preparation materials, including sample papers. And if you're researching a subject for school, college or university, you can access the web on one of our PCs.

LEARN IN COMFORT

Our centre has been designed to provide a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. Special areas let you learn in peace, interact with the latest software, or mix with other members. What's more, our staff are always on hand to help.

TAKE HOME FILMS, BOOKS AND MUSIC

Why not develop your English skills a different way and borrow a film? Or even a music CD? Our lending library offers a great range of videos, DVDs, CDs and audio books to boost your everyday English.

HOW TO JOIN

Joining is easy. Simply download the application form, fill it in and bring it along to our centre, with your national ID card (if you are under eighteen you will need to bring your parent or guardian's identification card), you student ID (if any) and one photograph.

If you would like any more information or advice about becoming a member, please do not hesitate to contact us.
