Science Projects
Our projects involve a variety of activities designed to engage a wider audience with science and the impact it has on society

Beautiful Science
Beautiful Science is a regional project involving 9 countries in South East Europe: Austria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Israel, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and the UK. The aim of the project is to inspire young people to consider a career in science, and encourage young scientists to communicate with the wider public in an open, comprehensive, inspired and interactive way.
The project has three different components:
FameLab - an international science communication competition
Visualise - a touring science & theatre show
Science Debates - a series of debates with UK and Israeli experts defending opposing views on a range of scientific topic

Darwin Now
Darwin Now is a global initiative which explores the impact of Charles Darwin’s legacy in the 21st century. Our programme of activities will look at how Darwin’s theory of evolution continues to influence biology and other branches of science today, and provide an opportunity for people to explore some of the most fundamental of questions about the origin, nature and distribution of life.
