Scholarships

Every year hundreds of Israelis travel to the UK to study, some are able to supplement their finances by receiving a scholarship. The British Council administers the prestigious Chevening award, funded by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and co-sponsored Chevening awards with partners. The following pages are intended to help make your search for funding easier

We will be accepting applications for the Chevening Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2009/2010 from 25 September 2008. Applications can ONLY be made online through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office electronic online application system (e-Chevening). Guidelines for completing the online application form can be found here

The application deadline for 2009/2010 is 12 December 2008. No late applications will be considered

Chevening Scholarships
The prestigious Chevening award funds a number of Israelis to undertake postgraduate studies in the UK every year. Chevening and co-sponsor scholarships are administered by the British Council. Find out more.
