Skills for Employability is an eighteen-country project that promotes internationalism within the vocational education and training sector across South East Europe and the United Kingdom.
The programme named “Young Cell Scheme” aims to support development within the Kosovo Civil Service, bringing in newly trained specialists in different sectors of EU integration. The project is managed by ECLO (the European Commission Liaison Office to Kosovo) and implemented by the British Council Kosovo. Find out more.
