 USEFUL WEBSITES

We have been closely working with other British Council offices in East Asia in order to develop projects which can be more attractive to young people. As part of our efforts, we have chosen Creative Cities as an umbrella theme to promote the UK’s contemporary arts until 2010.

Cities are very important in the 21st century as they are central in all areas including culture, education, politics and economy, and many opportunities and challenges are taking place around those cities. We aim to highlight the roles of arts and artists in improving the quality of life. We are also to develop projects for leaders and young people who create and regenerate cities.
