Placement tests can only be booked on our website.
Priority is given to candidates who take the test in earlier slots.
You can register for a course when places are available regardless of the date and time you take the placement test.
Adult classes are for students over 18 years.
The British Council reserves the right to ask to see identification for proof of age when placement test candidates come for the test. A national identity card or driver’s license will be accepted as proof of ID. For foreigners, a passport will be required.
Please note that some courses are booked up early and places may not be available for people who take the placement test on later dates.
The placement test consists of written test (40 minutes) and speaking test (10 minutes). The whole process takes about 1 hour and half or longer, including waiting time.
The placement test result is valid for 6 months.
The test fee is 5,000 won. Please come at least 10 minute before your placement test time.
The online booking works on a first come first served basis.
