The closure of GINUE Centre in Incheon

British Council Incheon will be discontinuing its operations at Gyeongin National University of Education from 2 March 2013.
For those of students who wish to continue studying with us in Session 3 (10 March to 5 April) we would like to offer the following.

-A free month of courses at the Seocho Centre in Gangnam, Seoul.
-A month with the same course fee as GINUE at the Gwanghwamun Centre.
(GINUE Adult course fees: 305,000 won / 165,000 won, GWHM Adult course fees: 320,000 won / 195,000 won)

This offer will be available to any student who completes Session 2 (5 February to 2 March) at GINUE Centre.

It has been a pleasure for all the staff who have worked at GINUE centre and we hope you continue to study with the British Council Korea in the future.




 Placement interview and registration for new students

• Placement tests can only be booked on our website.
• Priority is given to candidates who take the test in earlier slots.
• You can register for a course when places are available regardless of the date and time you take the placement test.
• Adult classes are for students over 18 years.
• The British Council reserves the right to ask to see identification for proof of age when placement test candidates come for the test. A national identity card or driver’s license will be accepted as proof of ID. For foreigners, a passport will be required.
• Please note that some courses are booked up early and places may not be available for people who take the placement test on later dates.
• The placement test consists of a written test(30-40 minutes) and a speaking test(10 minutes). The whole process takes about an hour including waiting time.
• The placement test result is valid for 6 months.
• The test fee is 10,000 won. Please come at least 10 minute before your placement test time.
• The online booking works on a first come first served basis.
