Scary Mary's First Halloween

It's October 31st and it's Mary Ghost's first Halloween, but is Mary really scary?

Mary’s older brother and sister looked through Mary and said, “Sorry Mary, we’ve got lots of scary homework from Ghost school because we’ve got the monthly ghost exams tomorrow, so we can’t come with you.”

Mary looked around, “……but I can’t go on my own … I’m frightened.”

“Oh it isn’t scary Mary dear.” said her mum.

But Mary thought about the mice and the rats and the spiders and the bats and – scariest of all - the people and replied.

“But I am terrified!”

Mary’s mum and dad were very busy, they had to go far away to the British Council to haunt the library that night.

“Ask the wolves to go with you.” they suggested.
