A short story

Do you know what a world record is? Here are some examples:

John Evans (from the UK) balanced 62 books on his head on December 9th, 1998
Alastair Galpin (from New Zealand) wore 70 socks on one foot on November 9th, 2005
Kimberly Yeo Sue Fern (from Singapore) typed a 160-character text on her mobile phone in 43.2 sec on 27 June 2004

These people have balanced the most books, worn the most socks, and typed the fasted text message ever! They are record breakers!

Read and listen to a story about a girl who really wants to break a world record! There is a game for you to play while the story is loading.

WANT SOMETHING TO DO NOW?
The girl in this story doesn't really have the most world records. The person who has the most world records is Ashrita Furman from the USA. He holds 20 world records including balancing the most milk bottles, skipping, and pushing an orange with his nose!
