Play and learn
Where do you find a bed? And where do you find a shower? Practise words for rooms and furniture with this activity.

How to play: Here are twelve things that you can find in a house. You normally find three of these things in the living room, three in the kitchen, three in the bedroom and three in the bathroom. Paint the things you normally find in the living room purple, the things you normally find in the kitchen pink, the things you normally find in the bedroom green, and the things you normally find in the bathroom blue.

Example: If you think you normally see a bed in the living room, click on "living room" with the paintbrush, then click on "bed" and paint it purple. Now do the same for the other words. Click on "submit" to check your answers.

WANT SOMETHING TO DO NOW?

What other things can you find in a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or living room? Can you add more words to each list? Use a dictionary to help you.

Now write the words on a piece of paper. Can your friend, brother or sister say which rooms the things go in?
