On 27 September 2010 the British Council in Almaty was pleased to move to new premises. This move was made to improve our services to customers and to move into in safe and contemporary premises.

The new office is located in one of the safest buildings in Almaty and some of the key benefits are that we now have access for disabled people, improved IT and video conferencing facilities and much more natural light.

The building is located in a central, prestigious and picturesque location of Almaty.

The move of the British Council’s office represents an opportunity to re-establish and strengthen the message of the contemporary UK
