ETTE Training for Teachers

British Council in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan is announcing a call for participants of the trainer training within the ETTE (English for Teaching: Teaching for English) project. The training will take place in Almaty from 15-25 February 2011.

Detailed description of the training

The competition is open to secondary school English teachers from the regions that are not currently involved in ETTE: North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Zhambyl, Kzylorda, Mangistau, Atyrau, Akmola, Almaty regions and Astana and Almaty cities.

The British Council covers all expenses (transport, accommodation, full-board, materials) related to the training.

The selection of participants is based on the results of a two phase application process:

-selection based on the application form (Download the application form)

-telephone interview with short-listed candidates

The deadline for submission of the application form is 30 January 2011
