BRITISH COUNCIL RESULTS BREAK ALL RECORDS! Orange lozenge left
British Council reached a record 2.1 million people across Kazakhstan.

In the last 12 months the British Council reached a record 2.1 million people across Kazakhstan and directly engaged a further 710,000 through projects and programmes.  These numbers exceeded our planned targets because we worked with partners in the national media to report our projects more effectively.  Our programme highlights included national radio and drawing competitions around the England vs Kazakhstan football match, results of the visit to Kazakhstan of the British Minister for Higher Education, gigs by the British DJ Goldierocks in 3 cities, and our projects in English Language and education.

2009 – 10 year end customer feedback questionnaires results (scores out of 100) for:

  1. “customer satisfaction” : 84
  2. “reputation” : 87
  3. “recommendation” : 77

We thank all our partners for their continued engagement and support for our work!
