Pre-activity
Brainstorm for revision vocabulary, warming-up questions, and the game “Sell me on it”.
We’ll sell and buy things – household items.
Draw one ore two cards with the pictures of the items and advise them for selling.
Ask questions about the goods on sale. Buy and explain the choice.
Activity
Watching video. After the film be ready to answer the following questions:
- Which rooms do you see?
- What is there in the kitchen?
- What do Robinsons do in the living room?
- What do they do in the dining- room?
Group discussion.
Does the Robinsons’ home differ much from your home?
Make the list of differences between our homes and British homes.
Post-Activity
- Work in groups.
- Make a project of an ideal home and present it.
- Reflect on the result of the lesson.
