JSDP is comprised of individuals with local and international expertise in diverse areas, particularly in the area of justice sector reform. Each component of the programme is lead by a Component Manager and supported by a Component Coordinator. The Component Teams are responsible for working with justice sector partners to implement related interventions. In addition to the JSDP Component staff, there is the Operations Team in charge of logistics, administration and finance.

JSDP also relies on its pool of experienced national and international consultants to carry out specific interventions. Consultants are contracted on a short or long-term basis, depending on the scope of the intervention.
