The Justice Sector Leadership Group is under Cabinet and chaired by the Honourable Vice-President.

It is responsible for delivering the goals of the Strategy, and ensuring that targets are met, providing political accountability, high level policy guidance and coordination. The Leadership Group brings together the key Ministers responsible for Strategy implementation together with the Chief Justice, as representative of the Judiciary. It will meet quarterly to review progress and take any necessary policy decisions to guide implementation.  It will have the power to co-opt additional members.
