Learning Centre (LC) is a study centre which provides varieties of information services and resources for Learners and Teachers of English, IELTS exam candidates and BC programme stake holders. LC supports these groups to enhance their educational and professional skills with E- resources such as English Language CD-ROMs, varieties of useful websites and online news papers.

We can provide you with the help and professional advice on  materials you need and explain how to use them.

Our Centre is a venue for presentations and workshops for British Council stakeholders and learners and teachers of English and for cultural events.
