All British Council courses are taught by native speaker teachers with UK teaching qualifications. All courses come with membership to the Learning Centre

Speaking Skills: Develop your vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency to improve your spoken English in day to day situations and discussions. Courses are available at three levels.

Special Courses: Develop specific skills for both your personal and professional life by taking one of our unique range of short courses. Courses include: - public speaking, personality development and academic writing.  

IELTS Preparation Courses: Get the best possible mark in the IELTS exam by taking a course taught by a qualified IELTS examiner. You will learn about the test format, develop specific skills for each paper as well as acquiring study skills for the IELTS exam and beyond.

Courses for Children and Teenagers

Young Learner Courses: Enable your children to improve their English skills through fun courses taught by native speaker teachers with UK teaching qualifications.

Explore English Courses (6-13years) Each term we select a new book by a well known British author to bring language to life! Classes take place on Saturdays.

Holiday courses (6-13 years) We offer project based courses during main school holidays

Holiday Courses for Teenagers- During the main school holidays we offer courses for 14-18 year olds. Courses include: -Public Speaking, Personality development and Post SLC study skills

We will be holding an open day for young people (6-18) and their parents at the British Council on January 10 2009 from 0930 to 1230 hours. The day will include demonstration activities for parents and children to join in with, self study and online study ideas, face painting, a treasure hunt and more.

We will be registering students for our Holiday courses which run from the 19 - 30  January as well as the new term of Explore English Saturday classes which start from January 17.
