		NEW! Call for Illustrators and Creative Writers in English and Arabic
		To celebrate Dickens’s bicentenary, British Council, in partnership with Abu Dhabi International Book Fair and The Domino, has launched ‘Sketches by Boz’ - a global celebration of the significant contribution of the work of Charles Dickens. British Council is inviting aspiring creative writers and illustrators to produce original pieces of work inspired by the writings of Charles Dickens. Deadline for submissions: 4 March 2012. 		NEW! Olympians photography exhibition in UAE
		British Council, in collaboration with UAE National Olympic Committee and UAE National Paralympic Committee, and in partnership with British Embassy, UK Trade & Investment, Emirates Foundation and BBC Arabia, present "OLYMPIANS", a photography exhibition by well-established UK artist Gabriella Sancisi, celebrating the success of qualified Emirati Olympians and Paralympians who are contending for the Games in London in 2012. Meet the Champions from the UAE, and read their inspirational quotations.
